Please read if considering hatching eggs!
~Eggs will be wrapped in an ample amount of bubblewrap and nestled
in shredded paper to insure safe shipping, but due to the trials and
tribulations of shipping and incubation I cant guarantee your hatch rate.
So far out of all the eggs I have sent out, only one arrived broke or cracked!
I just recently got e-mails stating 100% hatch on one and 7 out of 8 eggs
hatched on another! I try to do my best to insure they get to you safely!
I have great success at home hatching these eggs, but I cannot guarantee
your personal success rate. There are far to many outside factors involved
that are completely out of my hands that may affect the hatchability of
shipped eggs.
If eggs are lost in the mail, dropped, shaken, abused, exposed to extreme
heat or cold for long periods, exposed to security x- ray at shipping terminals
or customs,.......Then they may never develop at all or show any signs of fertility.
All of these things can render the eggs unhatchable. Even if the box arrives
intact, there is no guarantee that one or more of these shipping hazards
didn't occur.
Please allow the eggs to set at room tempature with the large end up at least
8 hours before putting them in the incubator. They need time to settle from
shipping and warm up to room tempature before being placed into the incubator.
Eggs can suffer "temperature shock" if placed in a warm incubator when they
are cool or cold.
